Proclamation: A Continuous Reading of the Word of God in Public

AN EVENT SPONSORED AND HOSTED BY THE OFFICE FOR PROMOTING CHRISTIAN UNITY AND RELIGIOUS RELATIONS WITH JUDAISM

The Archdiocese of Toronto and the Canadian Bible Society is hosting a three-day inter-generational event that will gather Christians from various ecclesial traditions and cultures for a continuous reading of the Bible publicly.

This event is part of the ‘Festival of Prayer for Christian Unity’ that commemorates the 60th anniversary of the Vatican Decree on Ecumenism.

Come and listen to the Word of God proclaimed for our discipleship and have a joyful experience of shared faith. If you are interested to read a portion of Sacred Scripture, please fill the registration form and sign up for a volunteer role.
